1. About Our Service

MyFlashDecks.com is a custom digital flashcard generation service. We generate personalised flashcard study systems based on the topic and requirements you provide at the time of ordering. Each order is custom-generated specifically for you.

2. Digital Products — No Refund Policy

Specifically:

• All sales are final once your digital files have been delivered to your email
• No refunds are issued for digital products that have been delivered and downloaded
• No refunds are issued if you change your mind after delivery
• No refunds are issued for incorrect topic selection made by the customer
• No physical product will be shipped — all deliveries are digital files via email

3. When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances only:

• Your files were not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment and we are unable to deliver them
• A technical error on our end prevented delivery of your files
• You were charged but no order was received on our end

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the original order by emailing reachme@myflashdecks.com.

4. Free Revision Policy

Although we do not offer refunds on delivered products, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your flashcard bundle we offer:

• One free revision — we will regenerate your bundle with updated or more specific requirements
• Revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Revision requests must include specific details of what needs to be improved

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Delivery is made by email to the address provided at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

• An incorrect email address provided by the customer
• Emails filtered to spam or junk folders
• Email inbox storage limits preventing receipt

If you have not received your files within 24 hours please check your spam folder and then contact us at reachme@myflashdecks.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All flashcard content generated by MyFlashDecks.com is for your personal study use only. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the flashcard content
• Share the files publicly or on file-sharing platforms
• Use the content for commercial purposes
• Claim the content as your own original work for resale

You may print, use, and study the files for personal educational purposes without restriction.

7. Accuracy of Content

Our flashcard content is generated using AI technology and reviewed before delivery. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy:

• We do not guarantee that all content is 100% error-free
• Our flashcards are study aids — they should be used alongside official study materials
• We are not responsible for exam outcomes based on use of our products
• Content should be verified against official sources for critical examinations

8. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay or PayPal. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. All prices are inclusive of any applicable fees.

9. Custom Orders

For custom orders (any card count beyond our standard tiers) a quote will be provided before payment is requested. Custom orders are subject to the same no-refund policy once files are delivered.

10. Limitation of Liability

MyFlashDecks.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
